ALMOND BUTTER YOGURT DIP
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, vigorously mix together the almond butter, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom and sea salt. Garnish with slivered almonds, a drizzle of honey and flaky sea salt. Serve with sliced apples.
ALMOND BUTTER BROWNIES

- For the brownies: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch glass baking pan with coconut oil and set aside.
- Combine the brownie mix with the eggs, oil and 1/4 cup water in a large bowl. Stir together using a rubber spatula until fully incorporated. Spread in the prepared pan.
- For the topping: Combine the almond butter, powdered sugar and coconut oil in a separate bowl. Spoon dollops of this mixture over the top of the brownie batter. Using a toothpick, swirl the two together. Bake until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted an inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with the flaky salt. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Adapted from the Almond Board of California. Hummus is used through out the Middle East, the Mediterranean, as well as many parts of India. There is no way of knowing where its origin began - though it is presumed to be somewhere in the Middle East. Test and Measure before posting.

- Add the chickpeas, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, almond butter, salt, almond milk and vanilla extract to the bowl of a food processor. Process for about 1 minute, stopping once halfway through to scrape down the bowl, until the hummus is nice and smooth. {If you need to thin out the hummus, add a splash of almond milk and process again - the hummus will thicken slightly as it chills in the fridge, so add more milk if you think it’s already too thick!}
- Transfer to an airtight container, fold in the chocolate chips, then chill covered in the refrigerator for at least several hours (but preferably overnight). Serve as desired!
