Every night I enjoy a cup of camomile tea when Im winding down. I also enjoy my iced tea in the summer. So I thought how would iced camomile work. After researching all the health benefits I was in! Herb Camomile Iced Tea image

Steps:

  • 1. In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetner in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten min.
  • 2. Pour tea into pitcher of ice and cold water, add lemon if you like and serve in tall glasses. Green tea works also.

1/2 c fresh herbs (used mint and lemon basil)
2-3 camomile tea bags
3 c iced water
1 c ice cubes
2 Tbsp honey or agava (if using)

CHAMOMILE HERB TEA

This is a great tea to drink after dinner, before bedtime. Chamomile tea has soothing, calming and relaxing properties. It helps digestion, coughs, colds, poor skin, and is used as a liver tonic. Adapted from Herbal Teas.

  • Strain the tea into two cups.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Drink and enjoy!
