- In a large bowl, cream butter and cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in the flour, chives, salt, pepper sauce and garlic salt. Stir in cereal. Shape into four 6-1/2x1-1/2-in. logs. Wrap securely and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm., Unwrap and cut into 1/4-in. slices. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until edges are crisp and lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine cheese, butter or margarine, flour, crispy rice cereal, salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well and form small balls out of the dough (the dough will yield approximately 55 balls). Flatten each ball of dough with your fingertips until the dough is very thin and arrange the discs on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes; or until the Cheese Crispies are golden and slightly brown around the edges. Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the jalapeno slices around one of the prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes; this will remove some of the moisture from the jalapeno and help ensure your cheese crisps live up to the crisp in their name. Transfer to a bowl.
- Meanwhile, mix the cheeses together in a medium bowl.
