- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of an 8x4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Spoon pie filling over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Stir well and press into baking dish. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well. In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust. Dot with cherry pie filling, and smooth with knife or spatula to cover. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

- Combine shortbread cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk, lemon juice, almond extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of cookie mixture to the bottom of four 8-ounce canning jars or small dessert dishes. Spoon or pipe in a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of cherry pie filling. Repeat this layering once more.
- Move desserts to the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or longer before serving.

- Combine cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together well. Divide graham cracker mixture between 8 dessert dishes, about 2 tablespoons of mixture per dessert dish.
- Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat in until well blended. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Spoon 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture into each dish on top of the graham crackers. Top each with 1/4 cup of the cherry pie filling.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
