- In medium microwavable bowl, mix cereal and almonds.
- In microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and cinnamon uncovered on High 45 to 60 seconds, stirring halfway through microwave time, until mixture is boiling; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 2 minutes, stirring and scraping bowl after 1 minute. Stir in apples; microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute or until apples just begin to brown on edges.
- Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool, about 5 minutes. Place in serving bowl; stir in raisins. Store in airtight container.

- In 3-quart saucepan, heat candies, sugar, butter and water over medium heat, stirring frequently, until melted and blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased large roasting pan.
- Bake 20 minutes. Stir in apple pieces. Bake 15 minutes longer. Spread on waxed paper or foil; cool about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Store in airtight container.

- In a large bowl, mix cereals and walnuts.
- In a saucepan on medium heat add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg uncovered, stiring occasionaly, until smooth and bubbly, take saucepan off of the burner and turn off the stove.
- Pour liquid mixture over cereal mixture, stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the cereal mixure onto waxed paper or foil to cool. Sprinkle the dried apples evenly over the cereal mixture.
- In a small microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips and shortening uncovered on high about 1 minute or until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over cereal mixture; let stand until set. Break into bite-size pieces.
