CHILLED MOCHA EGGNOG
Eggnog gets a delightful twist with a hint of mocha flavor in this recipe. Instant coffee and a sweetened cream topping make this beverage one of the season's super sippers. -Debbi Smith, Crossett, Arkansas

Steps:
- In a pitcher, dissolve coffee in water. Add the eggnog, brown sugar and cinnamon; whisk until sugar is dissolved. Chill., In a small bowl, beat the cream, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Pour eggnog mixture into glasses; top with whipped cream. Dust tops with cinnamon if desired.

All of my friends rave about these frosty drinks. I pour my leftover coffee in ice cube trays and keep them on hand all the time. You can make fun squiggly designs on insides of glasses with chocolate syrup, before pouring mochas. Top with whipped cream.

- Pour coffee into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, or overnight.
- In a blender, combine coffee ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Here in the deep south it gets really hot in the summer and as we all know the perfect wake me up is coffee. So how do you get the coffee down in 100 degree heat? This recipe was invented by a friend and myself and now we have a cult following. Following us for the cold mocha lattes that is. Try it you will not be disappointed!

Steps:
- In your automatic coffee maker scoop your coffee and add your water just like your making your regular coffee.
- Start the coffee making process.
- While you are waiting for your coffee to brew, in a 1 gallon pitcher go a head and measure out you Cocoa and sugar.
- When coffee is brewed and cooled slightly, pour into the pitcher and mix well so the sugar will dissolve.
- Let cool completely and then add milk.
- Chill!
