All dressed up and ready to party! Chocolate chip cookies are dipped in chocolate and topped with holiday sprinkles for an easy treat at any holiday occasion.

Steps:
- Make cookies as directed on pouch; cool completely.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave white baking chips uncovered on Medium (50%) 60 to 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips can be stirred smooth. Take half of the cookies, and carefully dip each cookie halfway into melted chips; wipe off excess. Place on cooking parchment paper-lined tray; sprinkle with desired candies.
- Repeat melting and dipping steps with semi-sweet or Special Dark™ chocolate chips and remaining cookies. Let stand until coating is firm, 1 to 2 hours.

Steps:
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place sugar, milk, cocoa powder and butter into a large heavy saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until well combined.
- Turn heat to high and boil rapidly for 1 minute and take off heat.
- Add vanilla, rolled oats, coconut and marshmallows.
- Stir until marshmallows are melted.
- Drop using a tablespoon on cookie sheet rough shaped into round cookies.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, remove from sheet and store them back in the refrigerator.

- Combine 2/3 cup powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour, cocoa and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
- Roll out dough between two sheets of lightly floured waxed paper, one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with assorted 2 to 2 1/2-inch cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. To use as gift tags or hang as ornaments, cut small hole near edge of each cookie with end of large straw. Bake 14-18 minutes or until set. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
- Combine all icing ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium. Beat until stiff and glossy. (If too stiff, add additional tablespoon hot water.) Outline and decorate cookies with icing as desired. Let icing dry. Serve cookies or thread with ribbon or yarn and tie to package or branches of tree.
