Coconut Macaroons - Sugar Free image

Steps:

  • Combine coconut, sugar substitute, flour and salt in mixing bowl.
  • Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until edges of cookies are golden brown.
  • Remove from cookie sheet immediately.

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well., Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
