Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. , Add remaining ingredients to the drippings; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes or until brussels sprouts are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with bacon.

1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
10 pimiento-stuffed olives
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Recipe by Tasty image

Steps:

  • Remove the stem from each sprout and cut in half. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and toss to cover.
  • Spread the sprouts onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 400˚F (200˚C) oven for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the sprouts, then bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the sprouts are fork-tender and golden.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook until you bring it to a boil.
  • Stir constantly for a few minutes and remove from heat - let cool completely at room temperature (unless you need it faster, then put it in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes)
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash Brussel sprouts and cut them in half - pat dry
  • Melt butter and olive oil together and combine with salt and pepper
  • Toss with Brussel sprouts in a bowl and place on a baking sheet
  • Roast 35-40 minutes until crispy. Toss partway through.
  • Combine Brussel sprouts with the crispy onion strips and toss everything with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately
