Cookies Cream Pudding Pie Recipes

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk cream and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in whipped topping and cookies. , Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. May be frozen for up to 3 months. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• Heat 4 cups of the milk in a large saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
• Whisk the sugar, cornstarch and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Whisk in the egg yolks and the remaining 1/2 cup milk.
• Whisk half of the hot milk into the egg mixture until smooth, and then gradually whisk the egg-milk mixture back into the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture boils. Continue to cook, whisking constantly, until it has thickened to a pudding-like consistency, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
• Cool slightly, stirring a few times to prevent a skin from forming. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding and refrigerate until completely cooled and thickened, about 4 hours.
• Before serving, whisk the pudding vigorously until smooth and creamy. Put the cookies into a resealable plastic bag and lightly crush with the smooth side of a meat mallet or the bottom of a measuring cup. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies and stir the rest into the pudding. Spoon the pudding into six to eight individual cups and top with the reserved crushed cookies.

• Prepare pudding as directed for pie filling; let set.
• When pudding is set, fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Pour pudding mixture into crust.
• Freeze overnight. Serve.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together and then add pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
• In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda with a whisk then add it to the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips and Oreo cookies. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven until cookies tops barely have a touch of brown (do not over bake).

• Arrange cookies on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. (Cookies should cover plate evenly.)
• Pour milk into medium bowl. Add ice cream. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 3 min.; pour into prepared pie plate.
• Refrigerate several hours or until set. To decorate, spoon whipped topping into resealable sandwich bag. Squeeze extra air out of bag; close tightly. Snip a small corner off bottom of bag with scissors. Squeeze bag gently to make design. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
