CREAMY GARLIC SALAD DRESSING
This is a super easy salad dressing I found it in Everyday Food. It's suprisingly creamy given that there's no cream, buttermilk, or mayonaise in it. I highly recommend it. It's easily doubled or tripled as well.

- In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, sour cream, cream, vinegar, salt and garlic; shake well. Chill. Serve with salad greens. Refrigerate leftovers.

- In a 1 quart container combine the corn oil, garlic and sugar. Shake well. Add vinegar and shake well again.
- Fill the container the rest of the way with Italian dressing, leaving just enough room to add one egg. Add the egg, and blend with a blender or hand-held blender for about 2 minutes.
