Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Combine caramel topping and syrup; set aside. Sprinkle half of the pecans into a greased 10-in. fluted tube pan. Drizzle with a third of the caramel mixture. , Open the tubes of breadstick dough (do not unroll). Cut each into six slices; dip in butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar. Place half in the pan; sprinkle with remaining pecans. Drizzle with half of the caramel mixture. Top with remaining dough. Drizzle with remaining caramel mixture. , Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter; serve warm.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.
- Beat Bisquick, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 cup milk, eggs and pumpkin in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Spread in pan.
- Bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; turn upside down onto heatproof plate or wire cooling rack. Remove pan; cool cake completely.
- Stir remaining ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over cake.

- In a bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat water, milk and butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Beat in egg. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, salt, ginger and nutmeg. Punch dough down; turn onto a floured surface. Roll into a 20x10-in. rectangle; spread pumpkin mixture to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch ends together to form a ring. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour., Brush dough with egg yolk. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to a wire rack. For glaze, combine the confectioners' sugar, vanilla and enough milk to achieve drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm ring. Sprinkle with nuts.

- To make the dough, in a 2 cup glass measuring cup or microwave safe bowl, combine the whole milk and butter. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until the butter has melted. Allow the mixture to return to 110 degrees. Sprinkle in the yeast and ½ tbsp. of the brown sugar. Let the mixture sit for 5-7 minutes or until bubbly.
- Meanwhile, combine 1 cup of the flour, the remaining sugar, the pumpkin puree, salt and cinnamon in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on low while gradually adding the liquid ingredients and the remaining flour. Once a soft dough forms switch to the dough hook and knead for 6-8 minutes. Place the ball of dough into a well buttered bowl covered with plastic wrap. Allow to rise until doubled.
- Meanwhile, combine the filling (granulated sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice). Remove the dough and roll into balls approximately 1.5 tbsp. in size (they don't have to be perfect). Dip into the melted butter, then roll into the sugar/spice mixture. Place the balls into a lightly greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 1 hour. Remove the plastic wrap and place in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
