Creamy Strawberry Salad Recipes
CREAMY STRAWBERRY SALAD
This is a light refreshing summer salad I found in a Kraft cookbook. It can also be used as a dessert if put into a prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust. Cooking time includes refrigeration time needed to set. This is best if served the first day, you can top it with fresh strawberries if desired.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping, strawberries( thawed and undrained) and marshmallows.
- Spoon into 8 inch square pan.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.

- In a blender, combine the first six ingredients. Cover and process until pureed. Refrigerate until serving. In a salad bowl or on individual salad plates, combine the spinach, onion, orange, almonds and additional strawberries. Serve with dressing.
