SURIMI (IMITATION CRABMEAT) BACHELOR CHOW
This is something I throw together for a hearty lunch. Yummy, with an Asian flair, and quick. I know, I'm not a bachelor, but I eat like one sometimes.

CREAMY SURIMI BACHELOR CHOW
Lately, I love to make this and watch episodes of Futurama on Netflix. It is one of my favorite meals. A bowl of food for one that you eat with a spoon. Heaven. I was astonished to see someone has already posted a Bachelor Chow recipe with Surimi (although it is quite different). Unbelievable!
