I just made this up out of the blue and everyone including the kids loved it. The meat fell apart and was delicious.

- 1. Mix all the dry ingredients with the 1 1/2 cups water or Coca Cola.
- 2. Place roast in crock pot.
- 3. Pour the mixture over roast and cook on low overnight.
CROCK POT LONDON BROIL AND GRAVY
I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. - 1. Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.
- 2. Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.
- 3. Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.
- 4. Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.

This recipe came from the desire to make a pot roast, but all I had on hand was a London broil. I made this on the fly, and it turned out great. My wife took the leftovers to work and everyone wanted the recipe. I hope you all like it.

- Scatter sliced onion in the bottom of a slow cooker, then alternately layer carrots and potatoes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and season London broil with Creole seasoning. Sear beef in hot oil until well browned, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer meat the slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and red wine into the skillet used to cook the beef and bring to a simmer. Scrape any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet with a spatula. Pour broth mixture over beef.
- Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or cook on High for 6 hours.

- Optional Searing: Place a cast iron skillet over high heat and let it heat up for 5 minutes until very hot. Add the oil and the beef. Let is sear undisturbed for 2 minutes to brown. Then flip and repeat for the other sides.
- Place the London broil in the crock pot along with the broth, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper and butter. Then cover and seal the lid.
- Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or alternatively on High for 3-4 hours. Add optional potatoes and carrots for the final hour, and green beans for the last 30 minutes.
