SLOW COOKER RANCH PORK CHOPS
This is a slow cooker favorite in my family. The pork comes out so tender and moist, you don't even need a knife. Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes.

Steps:
- Stir together cream of chicken soup, water, and ranch seasoning mix in a slow cooker until well combined. Add pork chops.
- Cook on Low until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 4 to 6 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Stir in sour cream during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

- Coat the inside of the crockpot insert with non-stick cooking spray, and then place pork chops in the crockpot and top with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread them out as much as possible. Don’t stack them.
- Pour the condensed soup over the pork chops, and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top. If using corn starch, mix it with a tiny bit of water and add it when you add the condensed soup.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours. You can cook the recipe on high for 3-4 hours, but we find the results are better on low.
