CRUNCHY ASIAN COLE SLAW
This is a family favorite we learned from my MIL at a family gathering last year. EVERYONE loves it--and it is super-easy to make. If you're on a budget, leave out the sunflower seeds and almonds, and substitute canola oil for the olive oil, and it's still great!

- Get your largest bowl, you will need it, this salad makes a large amount of salad. Slice Napa cabbage into 1/4 inch slices, you may want to roughly chop the cabbage again so the pieces aren't too large. Slice green onion tops and add to the bowl.
- To make the dressing, use a medium-sized bowl, or a shake bottle if you have it, add sugar, vinegar, dry ginger, dry mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable oil.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing (be sure the peanut butter is dissolved). Set aside.
- Combine all of the slaw ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the dressing and and toss well. Let the slaw sit for at least ten minutes so the vegetables have a chance to soak up the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary (I usually add a bit more salt.) Serve cold. This slaw is best served fresh but leftovers will keep in a covered container in the refrigerator for a few days.
- Make-Ahead Instructions: The dressing can be prepared up to 2 days ahead of time; store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
