ELEGANT BACON CHICKEN
I have pondered over this idea for a chicken recipe for a couple of days. I called it elegant because it looks like it could be served at a dinner party. I complemented with garlic mashed potatoes and corn. At a dinner party I would make asparagus or in season vegetable and of course an amazing dessert afterwards.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350F. In two different bowls put crumbs in one and beaten eggs in another. In crumbs add parmesan cheese, garlic, salt & pepper; set aside
- Drain and squeeze out spinach; set aside in bowl On a plate have provolone & turkey, and bacon ready for assembly; set aside
- On a cutting board slice breasts into pockets. Inside breast place a folded piece of cheese, slice of turkey & spinach. Wrap each chicken breast with 3 pieces of bacon around each breast.
- In large skillet add olive oil and heat. Place chicken in pan and brown. Don't over cook. Place in pan and bake for 1 hr.
ELEGANT CHICKEN
This is so easy! I use it when I'm having people over for dinner because it can easily be doubled to feed a large gathering or dinner party. Once you put it in the oven, you can forget about it for 2 hours and move on to something else. It's always a huge hit with our guests! Serve over rice and enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
- Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with slices of chipped beef. Wrap bacon slices around chicken breasts, and place on top of chipped beef. In a medium bowl, mix together condensed soup and sour cream. Pour sour cream mixture over chicken breasts, and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.
