- Mix oil, ranch, garlic powder and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Pour both boxes of crackers in a big bowl. Add oil and seasoning mixture little by little as you stir the crackers.
- Toast crackers on a cookie sheet at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Drizzle with butter mixture; toss to coat. , Spread into two 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight containers.
