- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 8 min.; drain.
- Toss potatoes with dressing and garlic; spoon onto large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Fold to make packet.
- Grill 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning after 10 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.

- Cut potatoes into 1/2-in. cubes; place in a large bowl. Add onions and oil; toss to coat. Spoon into the center of a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). , Combine the Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper; sprinkle over potato mixture. Fold foil into a pouch and seal tightly. , Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 18-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.

- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat; close cover. Lay out three 18-inch long pieces of aluminum foil on a work surface, dull side facing up.
- Smear 1/2 tablespoon butter in the middle of the first piece of foil. Add 1/3 of the potato slices, onion, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Fold up the edges of the foil over the vegetables to create an almost leak-proof packet, making sure to seal the edges. Repeat with last 2 pieces of foil and the remaining ingredients to make 2 more packets.
- Reduce the heat of the grill to medium. Place foil packets on the grate; cook until potatoes are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.

- I like to start my grill first so that it can get up to temperature. Then wash and thinly slice the red potatoes. Place them in the middle of the foil.
- Thinly slice the onion and place it on top of the sliced potatoes. I like to have 3 parts potato per 1 part onion.
- Pour the salad dressing over the top, and toss the potatoes around to evenly coat them in dressing.
- Wrap the potatoes up in the foil. You want to do this methodically so that the salad dressing doesn't leak out. I recommend folding the right and left sides of the foil and sealing them up. Then fold the top and bottom together and seal them together creating a big square.
