my husband loves hot dogs so I'm always trying to come up with ways to incorporate them into a dish

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water and drain. Mix with butter and peas. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix the franks, soup, milk and sour cream together. Pour over top noodles.
  • 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

8 oz egg noodles
1 c frozen peas thawed
4 Tbsp butter
1 pkg frankfurters sliced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1 c sour cream

Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake image

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. , Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, saute chicken in 1 tablespoon oil until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, saute carrots, celery and onion in remaining oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat., Preheat oven to 350°. Stir in salad dressing, mayonnaise and hot sauce into skillet. Drain pasta. Add pasta and chicken to skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with butter., Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter or margarine.
  • Add the franks, onion, basil or oregano, to the skillet.
  • Lightly brown the franks, and cook until onions are tender.
  • Add the soup, milk, and tomatoes; stir until well mixed and heated through.
  • Add the cooked noodles, and finish heating; stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top just before serving.
  • *Note: You can substitute hot dogs for the franks in this recipe.

Steps:

  • Mix together the flour, eggs and 2 gallons water. Chill the dough. Cut into 6-ounce portions, in long strips. Stretch the dough with both hands using your fingers, similar to a cat's cradle technique.
  • Have water boiling in a large pot. Drop the noodles briefly into the boiling water, about 1 minute.
  • Heat a wok or skillet to 150 degrees F. Add the soy sauce, oil, garlic and hon dashi and mix together. Add the celery, onion, bell peppers and cabbage. Stir vigorously for 50 to 60 seconds. Add the noodles and stir fry 20 to 30 seconds longer.

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients except Topping in ungreased 3-quart casserole or 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • (Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.) Combine all Topping ingredients except parsley flakes; blend well.
