Fudgy Peanut Butter Brownies Recipes
CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES
These brownies have been a favorite in my family since I was a small child. Because they're so popular, I usually double the recipe. Great with chocolate frosting!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, cream together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually blend in the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture until well blended.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the top springs back when touched. Cool, and cut into 16 squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour 9-inch square metal baking pan. Combine butter, semisweet chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate in heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, 3 eggs, instant coffee granules and vanilla extract in large bowl just until combined. Add warm chocolate mixture; whisk to combine. Cool just to room temperature.
- Whisk 2/3 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in medium bowl. Whisk into chocolate mixture. Mix in peanut butter chips and peanuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with some moist crumbs still attached, about 35 minutes (do not overbake). Cool completely. Cut into 9 squares. (Brownies can be prepared 1 day ahead. Store in airtight container at room temperature.)

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter and line an 8x8 - inch square cake pan, which is what I used for a deep brownie. This is a big batter. You can also bake this in a 13x9-inch pan too, but the time will change to 40 minutes- judge it to keep the jiggle!
- In a medium microwavable bowl, combine the sugar, water, and chocolate. In the microwave or over a bain-marie heat this mixture gently until the chocolate has melted, roughly 2-3 minutes. Allow this mix to cool slightly.

- Place the two baking chocolates and butter in a large, microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and cocoa and stir well. Add flour and stir carefully. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- Stir together peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls on top of the brownies then swirl with a butter knife or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Bake about 28-30 minutes, until the center seems set. Let cool before cutting. These brownies, baked this way, will be super gooey inside. If you like your brownies more done and less gooey, bake them longer.
