- Combine cracker crumbs and margarine; press into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish coated with cooking spray. , In a large bowl, whisk the evaporated milk, fat-free milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). , Spread pudding evenly over crust. Layer with bananas, pineapple and whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with cherries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water, then add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside.
- Mix and bake cake as directed on package for a 13x9 pan.
- Cool cake 20-25 minutes.
- Poke deep holes through top of warm cake with a meat fork or skewer about 1 inch apart.
- Slowly pour jello over the cake.
- Refrigerate while making topping.
- Blend topping ingredients in a chilled bowl and beat until stiff and fluffy, about 4-8 minutes.
- Immediately frost cake.
- May be garnished with strawberry and banana slices.
- Store in refrigerator and serve chilled.
- Can be frozen for storage.

Steps:
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup; set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin and marshmallows; stir until dissolved.
- Chill until partially set.
- Toss bananas with lemon juice; fold bananas and pineapple into gelatin.
- Pour into an 8" square dish.
- Chill until firm.
- Combine the sugar, flour and salt in saucepan. Stir in egg and reserved pineapple juice; cook and stir over low heat until thickened.

- In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spread half of pudding over trifle. Repeat all layers. Top with whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving , sprinkle with almonds.
