- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish.
- Set out the bacon, green beans and casserole dish in a little assembly line. Lay out a half strip of bacon. place a small bunch of green beans (6 or 7) onto the strip of bacon and roll up into a bundle. Place the bundle into the casserole dish, seam side down. Repeat with remaining bacon strips and green beans. You can pack these pretty tight in the pan, just know that if the bacon is touching another bundle they take some prying to get apart. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and heated through, about 20 minutes.

- Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface (keep remaining dough covered with a damp towel to avoid drying out). Brush with butter; fold in half lengthwise. Brush with butter; fold in half widthwise., Brush with butter; top with a prosciutto strip. - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Prepare an ice bath in a large bowl and set nearby.
- Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender. Drain the green beans, then transfer to the ice bath. Let cool, then drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, season with the salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Add the flour and stir until the mushrooms are coated and the flour begins to toast, about 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and heavy cream and stir until fully combined. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thickened.
- Add the blanched green beans and cheddar cheese and stir to combine. Remove the pan from the heat and let the green bean mixture cool slightly.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch the seams together with your fingers. Roll out with a rolling pin into an even layer. Cut into 12 equal squares. Add each square of dough to a cup of the prepared muffin tin.
- Fill each crescent cup with 2 tablespoons of the green bean mixture and top with 1 tablespoon of French-fried onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then release the cups from the muffin tin.

This is a staple in easy dinners. You can add or change anything you want to chicken roll ups. This is my favorite. I make this for two but you can double or triple this recipe. I found a previous posted recipe that calls for goat cheese, white balsalmic vin and brushetta on pasta. I just added these ingredients to my old favorite chicken roll-ups

- pound chicken until it is flat and wide.
- layer goat cheese, swiss, green beans( lay across the chicken the opposite way you will roll the chicken)sprinkle garlic and italian seasoning.
- Roll chicken and place seem side down in baking dish with just a tsp of olive oil
- spoon brushetta on top of chicken and sprinkle with italian seasoning.
- bake at 425 for about 30 mins until cooked.
- don't forget to spoon sauce from the bottom of the baking dish on top of the chicken. That's where the goat cheese ends up!
