Combine the cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham and a hefty pinch of black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve at room temperature so it is spreadable, along with crackers, sliced cucumbers or carrot sticks.

3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles (from about 2 large pickles)
4 ounces thick-sliced deli ham, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

Steps:

In a small bowl, whisk the first six ingredients; spread evenly over each tortilla. Layer with ham and cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion. Roll up tightly; secure with toothpicks if desired.

Steps:

Spread cream cheese on room temperature tortillas.
Spread 1/2 c chopped pickles on top of cream cheese on each tortilla.
Lay out slices of ham over pickles.
*If using turkey too lay out your slice over the ham.
Roll tortillas tightly and place toothpicks ever 1 1/2 inches or so. (Do NOT.
use colored toothpicks as the color will bleed into your wraps!).
Slice between toothpicks.
Serve cold.
