HEAVENLY HAMBURGER
This was a staple when my mom was dieting, as it's an OLD Weight Watcher's recipe ... doesn't taste like diet food tho'. I have found that it is vastly adaptable as I have also made it with ground turkey, ground chicken, cubed chicken and just a variety of seasonal veggies. As long as you have the basics, be creative.

Steps:
- 1. Cook noodles as per package directions
- 2. While waiting for noodles, lightly sauté onions & celery in water, 2-3 minutes (not quite tender crisp)
- 3. Add ground beef and cook until done
- 4. Add diced tomatoes, with liquid. Reduce heat and simmer (until noodles are done.)
- 5. Drain noodles and add to meat mixture, stirring in completely.
- 6. Place cheese slices on top. Cover until melted. Stir and serve.
