Hocus Pocus Punch Recipes

Steps:

• Combine the lemonade concentrate, berry juice concentrate and grape juice concentrate in a large punch bowl and stir well. Pour in the lemon-lime soda. Add the club soda or sparkling wine and stir well.
• Add the black raspberry ice cream in scoops on top of the punch. The mixture will bubble and foam. Thread 5 or 6 giant gummy frogs on a long skewer and place the skewer across the punch bowl. Thread the remaining gummy frogs on individual cocktail skewers, then set aside for garnishing individual punch cups. Ladle the fizzy punch into cups and garnish each with a frog skewer.

Steps:

• Mix the lemonade and soda; add 6 drops green food coloring, stir, and set aside.
• Pour the corn syrup into a bowl; stir in two drops each of red and blue food coloring.
• Dip the rims of 6 glasses into the syrup mixture. Turn the glasses upright and watch the ooze drip down the sides.
• Fill each glass with punch; garnish with gummy worms.

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine sherbet and orange juice. In a blender, combine the ice cream, blueberries and blackberries. Cover and process until blended. Layer sherbet and berry mixtures into each of four chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
