HOLLY'S GREEK BEAN SALSA
This fun adaptation of "salsa" has a very zesty taste and is always a hit. It's super easy to make. You will have an empty dish to bring home for sure! I originally got this recipe from a girl I used to work with.

- Rinse and drain beans/corn/tomatoes together in colander.
- Mix all ingredients together in serving bowl.
- Serve with Lime Tortilla Chips.

HOLLY'S SALSA
This is my stepdaughter's recipe for salsa. It is a wonderful salsa that will keep for a couple days in the fridge. It is best with garden fresh tomatoes, when you can find them.

- Mix garlic with tomato sauce to make a paste.
- Add all ingredients (squeeze lime juice into mixture).
- Add garlic salt to taste.
- Mix together and refrigerate.
