- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Whisk honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and butter together in a bowl and pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let pork chops sit in the baking dish 5 minutes more to soak up juices.

- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Sear pork chops until golden brown and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the pan juices, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add honey, water, and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally until sauce has reduced down and slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. - Whisk honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic together in a bowl until marinade is smooth. Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag, reserving about 1/4 of the marinade in a bowl for basting. Add the pork chops to the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze bag to remove excess air, and seal the bag; marinate in the refrigerator at least 5 hours.
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove pork chops from the marinade, and shake off excess. Discard remaining marinade.
- Grill pork chops on the preheated grill, basting with the reserved marinade during the last few minutes, until pork chops are cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes. - Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and lay pork chops into the hot butter. Sprinkle chops with half the garlic powder and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder, and pan-fry chops for 3 more minutes.

- Combine honey, mustard, garlic, chile flakes, 3 tablespoon olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; mix until fully combined.
- Place pork chops into a resealable zip-top bag. Pour in marinade, seal the bag, massage to coat, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove pork chops from the marinade and place on paper towels. Pat chops as dry as possible with the paper towels. Set excess marinade aside.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high or high heat until it shimmers. Working in batches if necessary, sear the pork chops in the hot pan until the first side is a dark golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more.
