Steps:
- Stir bread crumbs, flour, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and ground black pepper together in a large bowl.n
- Beat half-and-half and eggs together in a bowl until completely blended. Stir in 1/2 cup pickles and toss to coat completely.n
- Place coated pickle slices into the bread crumb mixture and toss to coat. Return breaded slices to egg mixture and repeat the entire breading process. Remove slices to a sheet of wax/parchment paper and repeat the entire process for the remaining 1/2 cup of pickle slices.n
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 10 to 15 pickles slices in skillet. Cook until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining slices.n

Steps:
- Cover a plate with parchment paper or wax paper. In a shallow dish, combine buttermilk, salt, and pepper. Place pickles in mixture and set aside.
- Pour the flour, cornmeal, seafood seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning into a large, resealable plastic bag; shake to mix well. Add pickles a few at a time and tumble gently to coat evenly with the flour mixture. Remove and place on prepared plate.
- Heat oil to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C) in deep-fryer or heavy deep skillet.
- Fry pickles in several batches until golden brown and slightly crisp on the outside with a moist interior, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine buttermilk ranch dressing with 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning; blend. Serve as a dipping sauce for warm pickles.

- In a medium saucepan add the oil 1/2 inch up the sides and heat to medium high heat. Drain the pickles and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium size bowl whisk the flour, cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour in the milk and stir until lumps are out of the batter and smooth.
- Dip each pickle into the batter and add to the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and put on a paper towel. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
