Jamaican Chicken And Shrimp Recipes
JAMAICAN CHICKEN AND SHRIMP
Steps:
- 1. Prepare Pasta according to package directions.
- 2. Clean and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Set a side.
- 3. clean and peel shrimp. set aside.
- 4. In a pan put in garlic infused olive oil with bite size chicken pieces. right before they are done add half of the chopped garlic and Jamaican season.
- 5. Once chicken is done, remove from pan.
- 6. Add Shrimp to the pan you just removed chicken from. Just prior to shrimp being finished add rest of garlic and Jamaican season.
- 7. Once shrimp is done add chicken back to pan.
- 8. Once pasta is done, toss chicken and shrimp with pasta, add olive oil and more Jamaican seasoning. Enjoy!

- Add tomato paste, green onions , followed by coconut milk, and broth. Bring it to a boil then simmer for about 7-10 minutes. Toss in shrimp, and bell pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Adjust for salt / pepper and thickness. Serve with Jamaican rice and corn pigeon rice and/or vegetables
