ITALIAN STYLE MEATLOAF I
Made with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning, this is a different twist on everyday meatloaf! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the first five ingredients (preferably by hand).
- In a baking dish 9"x5"x2", layer 1/2 of the mixture.
- Put 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and all the mushrooms on top of this layer, and 1/2 of the sauce.
- Put the other 1/2 of the meat mixture on top of this and then cover with the remaining sauce and Mozzarella.
- Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- At the last 5 minutes or so, place the Provolone cheese on top.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to settle and cool.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
- In a large bowl, combine the egg, tomato juice, cheese, onion, oats, ketchup, salt and pepper. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight small individual meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.

- In large bowl, combine the crumbs, egg, onion, salt and oregano; crumble the meat over the top. Mix gently. Stir in 3/4 cup tomato sauce; set aside. Cut two pieces of waxed paper 15-in. long. Place meat mixture in center of one rectangle; cover with second rectangle. , With a rolling pin, press meat into a 13x9-in. rectangle. Remove top sheet of waxed paper. Sprinkle meat with cheese and mushrooms; top with remaining tomato sauce. Roll up meat, jelly-roll style, starting at narrow end; use waxed paper to help. Place meat seam side down; seal ends securely. Place in a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. , Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Drain; bake 30 minutes longer.

- Cut two 25x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble an X. Place strips on bottom and up sides of a 5-qt. slow cooker. Coat strips with cooking spray., Combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into a round loaf; place in center of strips in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours or until a thermometer reads at least 160°. , In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over meat loaf. Cook until heated through, about 15 minutes longer. Using foil strips as handles, remove meat loaf to a platter. Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.

- In a large bowl, with clean hands, lightly mix together the 2 lbs ground beef, 2 minced garlic cloves, .7 oz packet of Italian Dressing Mix, 1 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, 2 lightly beaten eggs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Do not overmix the meatloaf mixture or it will have a tough texture.
