BASIC BEEF AND RICE DINNER FOR CATS
Be sure to add your cat's daily supplements to each meal in the quantities recommended for each on the packages. A good quality vitamin/mineral supplement. A bone meal supplement. This can be either nutritional grade bone meal, finely crushed eggshells or a calcium lactate supplement. 250 to 500 mg. of taurine per day. Many owners will also provide oat grass or wheat grass plants for their cats to chew on. (Check to make sure that the grass you select is not toxic to cats. Several are.) KITTENCAL'S GREEK LEMONY RICE WITH FETA
Make this only if you are a lover of Greek food, this is a full flavored rice with intense flavor and not for those with a plain palette! --- since not everyone has a taste for olives I have left them as optional, I most always add them in -- after making this a few times you will most likely want to adjust some of the ingredients to suit your taste, or you may not, the amounts listed are close to what I use when I make this rice --- this is very good!

KITTENCAL'S BAKED BEANS AND GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE
This is one of my family's favorite baked bean recipes, it's an easy recipe but big on flavor, and you can adjust all ingredients to taste ;-) The grated cheddar cheese is optional but I like to sprinkle it on towards the end of baking. I have even added in cooked el dente macaroni pasta.
