LEMON BARBECUE MEATLOAF
Delicious meatloaf with great flavor and a to-die-for topping. The lemon slices make a nice presentation. From Allrecipies.com. I've adjusted the directions for OAMC. It can also be made and cooked in the same day.

Steps:
- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Make sure it has a secure cover if you want to freeze these.
- In a large bowl, mix well: ground beef, lemon juice, water, egg, bread, onion and seasoning salt. Shape into 6 individual loaves (or large balls) and place in greased baking dish. Cover.
- Alternative: Once frozen, wrap each loaf with either freezer paper or parchment paper. Put in freezer bag and take out as many as you want at a time.
- Stir together the topping: ketchup, brown sugar, mustard powder, allspice and cloves. Place in Tupperware-type container or zip-lock freezer bag.
- Freeze. Make sure you mark the date and contents on the containers.
- To cook:
- Thaw completely.
- Preheat oven to 350°F Bake loaves for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce over the loaves, then top each one with a slice of lemon. Return to oven and continue cooking for another 30 minutes or until cooked through.

- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine egg, stuffing mix, milk, cheese and 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 4x2-in. loaves in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan., Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 15-20 minutes. Spread with remaining barbecue sauce before serving. Freeze option: Individually wrap cooled meat loaves in plastic and foil, then freeze. To use, partially thaw meat loaves in refrigerator overnight. Unwrap loaves; reheat in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan in a preheated 350° oven until loaves are heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°. Top each with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce before serving.

GRILLED BBQ MEATLOAF
Sounds crazy, but you will never enjoy 'normal' meatloaf as much as this!

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and scrape the grates clean. Spray grates with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, tarragon, sea salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture in half, and form 2 loaves, each about 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches long. In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce with ketchup until well combined.
- Place each meatloaf directly on the prepared grill grates, then spread each with about 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce mixture; grill until the loaves reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F (73 degrees C), about 1 hour.

- In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together meat loaf ingredients. Add half of the sauce to the meat loaf mixture; mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven; drain. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer or until no pink remains.
