Microwave Chili Dog Wraps Recipes
CHILI DOG WRAPS
My friend "Betty" and I were going through some of her favorite recipes and this one caught my eye- it's made with corn tortillas and Old El Paso Salsa which gives them a southwestern spin on chili dogs. So let's think out of the bun! lol Recipe and photo by Betty Crocker

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Soften tortillas in microwave-as directed on package.
- 2. Place 1 hot dog and 2 Tablespoons chili on each tortilla. Roll up tortillas; place seam sides down in baking dish. Spoon salsa over tortillas.
- 3. Spray a large sheet of foil with cooking spray; place sprayed side down on baking dish and seal tightly. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle cheese over wraps. Bake 5 minutes more to melt cheese.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
- Soften tortillas as directed on package. Place 1 hot dog and 3 tablespoons chili on each tortilla. Roll up tortillas; place seam side down in baking dish. Spoon salsa over tortillas.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Cook hot dogs according to package. I make mine in the microwave when cooking this recipe but it is more time consuming this one because I make one at a time.
- Warm chili in microwave until hot.
- Warm wraps in microwave according to package directions.
- Place one hot dog, chili and cheddar cheese (as much as you like - we like a lot of both) in a wrap. Add onions if desired. Serve.

- Crumble the beef into a 2-qt. microwave-safe bowl. Add onion; mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, chili powder and mustard; mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 6-1/2 minutes. Add beans and mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes longer. Add salt and pepper.

- Heat hot dogs in the microwave for 30 seconds. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a 9x9 glass baking dish, spread the package of cream cheese.
- Pour the can of chili over the cream cheese.
- Place hot dog pieces on top of chili.
- Place chopped onions on top of hot dog pieces.
- Sprinkle cheese over top of everything.
- Heat in microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve with Fritos, tortilla chips, or any other of your favorite dippers!
