- Microwave 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and a 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 5 minutes. Stir vigorously, then add 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread in an 8-inch-square pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Refrigerate, then cut into squares.
THE ORIGINAL FANTASY FUDGE
This recipe used to be found on the back of a well known brand of marshmallow cream. Many were surprised when it was changed. This is the original! You may find that most packages of chocolate chips are 10 ounces now; 12 ounces of chocolate chips is roughly 2 cups.

- Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined. Beat in marshmallow creme, walnuts, and vanilla extract. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and let cool before cutting into squares.

- 1. Microwave butter on high for 1 minutes or until melted.
- 2. Add sugar, milk: Mix well.
- 3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. stir after 3 minutes.
- 4. Stir well scraping down sides of bowl.
- 5. Microwave 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
- 6. Add chips and stir well.
- 7. add Marshmallow cream & vanilla. mixing well.
- 8. add nuts.
- 9. Spread into well buttered 9*13 pan.
- 10. Cool at room temperature. cut into squares.

- Lightly grease a 13x9 inch pan.
- Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted.
- Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil; stirring after 3 minutes.
- Mix well; scrape bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 1/2 minutes; stirring after 3 minutes.
- Gradually stir in chips until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
