Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge Bites Recipes

Steps:

• Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave first 3 ingredients in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
• Add dry pudding mix; stir with whisk 2 min. Gradually stir in sugar; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with nuts; press gently into fudge to secure.
• Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into pieces.

• 1. Microwave Butter and Peanut Butter in microwave for 2 minutes.
• 2. Take out, stir, then put back in for 2 more minutes.
• 3. Then ADD the Vanilla and Powered Sugar. Spread out on wax paper. Let cool and firm up then cut to your desired sizes squares.

• Empty entire jar of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
• Heat vanilla frosting in its container (make sure you pull off all the foil lining) in microwave for about 60 seconds or until completely melted.
• Pour the melted frosting in the bowl with the peanut butter and mix well.
• Quickly pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan, allow fudge to set, cut into small squares, and enjoy!

• Place butter and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl.
• Microwave on HIGH until butter melts (1 1/2 to 2 min.); stir until blended.
• Add remaining ingredients; stir until lumps of sugar disappear.

• Pour into buttered 8" square baking pan.

• 2. Microwave 30 seconds more, then add peanut butter and mix by hand or mixer until combined. Spread in foil lined 8x8 pan. Let cool then cut and ENJOY!
