MINI BAKED HAM (AND CHEESE) SANDWICHES
These are mini sandwiches made on sweet Hawaiian rolls containing ham and cheese. They are oven baked and easy to make. Definitely a crowd pleaser with all ages. You can adjust your ham and cheese to your liking. As written they make very hearty sandwiches. You fill up quickly. If you like your sandwiches lighter you could easily spread the pound of meat and cheese over 24 rolls instead of 12. Likewise adjust the butter to your taste. If you like a lot use the one stick and if you like less use half a stick. These can be made with roast beef or turkey too and american or cheddar cheese also. These were a hit at our house. Recipe originally from Kings Hawaiian. Enjoy! ChefDLH
