MINIATURE HAM LOAVES
When there's a special dinner coming, Mom will usually prepare these scrumptious loaves several days in advance and freeze them. Then she only needs to bake them before dinner. We all anticipate their wonderful aroma and flavor. -Alyson Armstrong, Parkersburg, West Virginia

SAUSAGE HAM LOAVES
This savory ham loaf was requested often when I served on our church's hostess committee. When our pastor got married, he wanted the ham loaf for his rehearsal dinner, with triple the glaze. The ham and pork sausage add mouthwatering flavor, and the glaze is nice and tangy.-Esther Martin Goshen, Indiana

KISKI ALA MINI HAM LOAVES
I formerly belonged to the Kiski Twp Unit of the American Legion Auxiliary...this was a favorite recipe used to serve at dinners held there. You can increase measurements to make this for a larger group. The optional dressing was not used there, I came up with that one.

- 4. Combine horseradish, sour cream, and mustard to serve as accompanying sauce. Can substitute fresh dill for the mustard, if desired.

HAM LOAF
"I COPIED this recipe exactly the way Grandma has written it in her worn cookbook. The only difference today is that I can't get home-smoked ham like those Grandpa used to cure in his old-fashioned smokehouse. But that never matters to hungry folks at the table-Grandma's recipe is a winner every time!"
