- In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients. Serve immediately over ice, or let sit for several hours for flavors to meld before serving over ice.
MINTED WHITE SANGRIA

- In a pitcher combine the mint, the sugar and 3 tablespoons hot water and with a wooden spoon combine the mixture well, bruising the mint. Stir in the wine and the brandy and chill the sangría, covered, for 1 hour. Strain the sangría into tall glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish each drink with mint sprig.

- Prepare simple syrup by mixing sugar and water in a small dish and microwaving for 30-second increments until sugar is dissolved. Alternatively, prepare a large batch on the stovetop using a 1:1 sugar-water ratio and reserve for later use.
- Once simple syrup is ready, add 1 Tablespoon to each wine glass. Then add mint leaves and stir/lightly muddle. Next add several slices each of lemon and lime.
- Top off with wine and let set for a few minutes so the flavors can meld together. Top off with more wine and citrus as needed.

- Add lime, lemon, and sugar (or other sweeteners) to a large pitcher (or use multiple pitchers if making a larger batch) and muddle with a muddler or gently crush with a wooden spoon for 45 seconds.
- Add apple brandy and muddle again to combine for 30 seconds. Add apple, nectarine, and strawberries and stir to incorporate. Then add wine and stir once more.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more sweetener of choice for sweetness, lemon or lime juice for acidity, or fruit. Stir to combine.
- Add ice or frozen berries and stir once more to chill. Serve as is or with a bit more ice and mint (optional). To dilute the mixture, top off glasses with a bit of sparkling water (optional).
