Raspberry Iced Tea image

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add 4 cups water. , In another saucepan, bring raspberries and remaining water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Strain and discard pulp. Add raspberry juice to the tea mixture. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

Steps:

  • Pour 1 litre of water into a large saucepan then add the dried rose petals, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, frozen mixed berries, cranberry sauce and orange. Bring the mixture to the boil, stirring occasionally then take off the heat. Drop in the tea bag then leave to steep for 2-3 mins. Strain through a sieve into a heatproof jug and serve warm.

Steps:

  • In a 2- or 3-quart saucepan lightly mash raspberries with potato masher or fork.
  • Stir in the brewed tea, cranberry-raspberry juice, lemonade, water, and allspice.
  • Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes. Strain and discard the fruit pulp and spices.
  • Ladle the tea into heat-proof glass mugs or cups. Sweeten with sugar or honey, if desired.
  • Serve with lemon slices and additional raspberries, if you like. Enjoy!
