1 tablespoon milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup hot fudge, heated I like Smuckers
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup seedless jam, Raspberry, Blackberry, Apricot, Cherry etc. your choice
1/4 cup hot fudge, heated or 1/4 cup glaze

Steps:

  • For pimento cheese, stir together all ingredients until mixed.
  • For egg salad, combine ingredients and stir well.
  • For chicken salad, place chicken in baking dish and pour buttermilk over chicken.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or until tender and no pink shows inside.
  • Let chicken cool, then chop and add celery and mayonnaise.

1/2 lb white cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons sweet gherkins (optional)
2 tablespoons pimientos (chopped)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 large eggs (hard boiled)
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet gherkins (chopped)
1/3 cup celery (chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or 1 lb chicken tenders

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Blend in sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to chocolate mix.
  • Stir in nuts if desired.
  • Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
  • Do not over bake.
  • Make the topping while the brownies are baking.
  • In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, milk and butter; bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet and milk chips, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Spread over warm brownies.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Cut with a knife that has been run under hot water.
  • Store in refigerator.
