Mushroom Appetizers Recipes

Steps:

• Remove mushroom stems (discard or save for another use); set caps aside. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stuff into the mushroom caps. , Place in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 16-20 minutes.

Steps:

• Melt butter in a large fry pan and add the onions and mushrooms, Saute until soft.
• Add Mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, egg,salt& pepper, cook for 1 minute and remove from heat.
• Roll each crustless slice of bread to flatten it, butter each piece and cut each slice into 4 square pieces.
• Press bread pieces, the buttered side down, into a tiny muffin tins.
• Fill with mushroom mixture (about 1 1/2 tsp to each tartlet).
• Cut the 3 cheese slices into 16 pieces so you will have 48 pieces and put a piece on top of each tartlet.
• Bake in 350f oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Steps:

• Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop; set caps aside. In a large skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. , Remove from the heat. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs. Fill each mushroom cap with about 1 tablespoon of filling. , Place on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 16-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Steps:

• Saute cleaned mushrooms in butter for 5 minute.
• Sprinkle with one of the Good Seasons mix.
• Simmer, not boil, covered, for 1-1/2 hours.
• Serve with party toothpicks, warm or room temperature.
• Servings determined by size of mushrooms used.

Steps:

• Wash and dry mushrooms.
• Remove stems and chop fine to measure 1/3 cup.
• In small frying pan, saute chopped mushroom stems, onion and green pepper in 3 Tbl. butter til soft.
• Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients except whole mushroom caps.
• Stuff mushroom caps with filling.
• Melt 1 Tbl. butter.
• Pour butter into shallow baking dish.
• Place mushrooms in baking dish.
• Bake 15 minutes in 350º oven.
• Raise oven temp to broil.
• Broil, 3-4" from heat.
• Broil 1-2 minutes.
• Serve hot.
• *You don't have to broil these if you prefer not to.
