Of all the recipes I tried for white bread, this is my favorite. And it's easy and gives a good texture not too dense, not too airy. Lately, I added sesame oil and sesame seeds with the quantities of recipe#207023 The preparation time include the time it is in the bread machine (2 hours)

Steps:
- In the bowl of your bread machine, put all ingredients according to the manufacturer. Then, put bowl in bread machine.
- Select Dough. When it's ready, take out of the bowl and let stand for 15 minutes under a bowl.
- Then give his shape and let rise in the oven for 45 minutes.
- And then bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.

- Follow directions for your bread machine.
- Instructions for my machine are: Add all ingredients to the baking pan in the order listed. (I mix the water and powdered milk and microwave them on high for 30 seconds before puting in the pan).
- Insert the baking pan into the oven chamber and secure pan.
- Select rapid bake setting and 2-pound loaf.
- Turn on machine.
- When cycle is complete, I put the loaf into a large zip lock bag, seal the bag, and put it on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

- Select the basic/white bread setting. Choose the 2 lb loaf size and your preferred crust color. *see notes for making a smaller loaf
- Optional: At the end of the last kneading cycle, remove the kneading paddle. If you miss this step, remove the paddle using oven mitts after the bread cools.
- When baking is complete, remove from the bread pan immediately. Cool on a wire rack for at least 15-30 minutes before slicing.
