- For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the oil, sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper sauce until blended. Cover and refrigerate., In a large heavy skillet, melt sugar over medium-low heat without stirring until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Add pecans and butter; stir constantly until butter is melted and pecans are coated. Remove from the heat. Pour onto a foil-lined baking sheet; cool completely. Break pecans apart if necessary., In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, romaine, oranges, celery, strawberries and onions. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Top with sugared pecans.

- In a small bowl, combine marmalade, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour 2/3 cup marinade into a large shallow dish. Add salmon and turn to coat. Refrigerate for up to 30 minutes. Set aside remaining marinade., Preheat oven to 350°. Drain and discard marinade from salmon. Place salmon in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. - Put the spinach and green onions in large salad bowl and sprinkle with the halved citrus supremes. In a small saute pan over medium heat, add the butter and sugar and stir until the butter is melted. Add the pecans and toss until the pecans begin to brown. Stir in the rosemary and cayenne and stir just a few seconds to release the aroma. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle the pecans on the salad while still warm. Drizzle the dressing over salad and serve.

There are many versions of this salad out there but I couldn't find one exactly like mine here on 'Zaar so I thought I'd throw mine in the mix.

- For sugared pecans: combine sugar, margarine, orange juice, cinnamon and red pepper and cook to boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Add pecans and coat well. Bake on cookie sheet at 200 degrees for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely and store in air-tight container.
- For dressing: combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- For salad: combine ingredients, adding pecans and oranges last. Add dressing and gently toss.
- Preparation time does not include cooking pecans.

- Whisk oil, vinegar, orange peel and remaining 3 tablespoons orange juice in small bowl to blend. Mix in cranberries. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
- Place greens in large bowl. Toss with 2/3 of dressing. Divide greens among 6 plates. Add orange segments to bowl; toss with remaining dressing. Top salads with orange segments and pecans.
