- Mix half of the ramen seasoning packet with the ground beef. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Brown the meatballs in a large skillet.
- Add the water, the noodles, the rest of the seasoning packet and the veggies.
- Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with soy sauce if desired.

I used to get my hair done at my hairdresser's house. One day she was cooking this soup and it gave the air a delicious aroma. She has since moved away but I still make this soup and it always gets raves!

Steps:
- Combine pork (or turkey), green onions, ginger, soy sauce and shape into meatballs.
- Heat in oil 5 7 minutes until browned.
- Drain.
- In a large pot boil the water& chicken broth.
- Add the meatballs, frozen vegetables and the ramen noodles.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the baby corn and cook for 2 3 minutes.
- Serve!

- Add frozen meatballs and cook as directed on the package, usually about 20 minutes. (I like to use a pan big enough for the meatballs to be in a single layer, but small enough they are still touching on the sides.)
- Once the meatballs are fully cooked and heated through, mix the cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce. Simmer 2 more minutes.
