Steps:
- 1. In large bowl combine ground beef, 1/2 lb crushed crackers, egg, onion salt and garlic salt. Mix well and form into balls, egg size. Should make 12-20 balls.
- 2. Between the wax paper, roll out the balls on 1/4 c. of cracker crumbs, until 14/ inch thick, turning over and over to get crackers on both sides
- 3. Fry on hot pan or outside grill.
