MOM'S PARTY POTATOES
This recipe is for a quick and easy potato casserole using mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and prepared frozen cubed potatoes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix potatoes, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, butter, onion, salt, and black pepper together in a casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until hot throughout and bubbly on top, about 30 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder. Turn into a greased 2-qt. casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes. , Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Top with cheese and serve immediately.

I got this recipe from an old friend, who got it off a bag of frozen hash browns. My family raved about it the first time I made it, and there are never any leftovers. It's actually not too fattening if you stick to only 1-2 servings...which is hard to do!

- Spray 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a very large bowl.
- Pour into baking dish and top with bread crumbs, crackers or cornflakes.
- Bake for one hour.
