Steps:
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water, peaches and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until peaches are tender. Remove from the heat. Cool. Strain, discarding peach skins., In a large pitcher, combine the peach mixture, lemon juice and remaining water. Add lemon slices and mint if desired. Serve over ice.

PEACH LEMONADE
Lemonade takes a trip south and is enhanced by the luscious juiciness of Georgia peaches. Easy enough to fix for a hot day and the blush color would be perfect for a spring brunch.

Steps:
- Place sugar in a saucepan. Pour in 1 cup water. Turn heat to medium and stir continuously until sugar granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Pour lemon juice into a pitcher. Pour in remaining 6 cups water.
- Place pitted peaches into a Vitamix® blender. Blend until smooth. Pour peach purée into the pitcher along with the simple syrup (dissolved sugar in saucepan). Stir to combine.
- Adjust to taste. Add garnish such as a slice of peach, ice, and serve.

PARADISE MANGO LEMONADE
This is my first recipe post. Made this for a school project and was a real crowd pleaser. I had it with fresh squeezed lemonade, even though everybody love both, this one was preferred. Very healthy, too. It's a Belizean recipe.

PEACH-MANGO LEMONADE (FOR A CROWD)
Made this for a luau and it had rave reviews, so I thought I'd write it down to not forget how I made it.

Steps:
- In a 5 gallon cooler, pour the entire can of lemonade. Add the Bacardi Mixers and one of the Mango Nectars. Stir until the lemonade is all wet. (There should be no dry powder left in the corners)
- Add all five bottles of ginger ale/seltzer water. Mix thoroughly. Add the last box of Mango Nectar and stir.
- If you'll be serving in a punch bowl. Add the frozen fruit to the punch bowl with the lemonade.

- Toss everything in the blender or food processor except for the berries and blend until a very smooth consistency. It should look a bit like a smoothie.

- Remove skin and seed from mangoes. I just peel the skin, and the cut the mango off from the seed.
- In a blender add lemonade concentrate, mangoes, peaches and 2 cans of water, use the can from the lemonade concentrate. Mix ingredients for 30-45 seconds or until well combined.
- Strain lemonade through strainer to remove any large pieces and pulp. Pour lemonade into a pitcher, add one more can of water using the lemonade concentrate can. Stir to combine, add ice if needed or set in the refrigerator to chill.
