I came up with this when these were the only things in my fridge. It came out great...even the neighbors liked it!

Steps:

  • Spray large pan with non-stick cooking spray; cook steak and veggies over med-hi heat until meat is cooked through.
  • In container with tight fitting lid mix remaining ingredients.
  • Shake well and pour over meat mixture; cook until sauce is thickened.
  • Serve over egg noodles.
  • Sprinkle with shredded swiss cheese (Makes it yummy!!).

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, remove fat from beef. Cut beef into 3/4-inch pieces. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook beef and pepper in skillet 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Stir in onions and bell pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, beat broth and flour with wire whisk until smooth. Add to skillet; heat to boiling. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; remove from heat. Stir in half-and-half and mustard. Spoon over beef mixture. Stir in cooked noodles.
  • Cover and bake 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.

Steps:

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onions; stir fry until tender.
  • Add steak and stir fry over high heat until fully cooked.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper; divide steak mixture in skillet into four seperate piles.
  • Top each pile with 1/2 cup cheese. Cover; let stand until cheese melts.
  • Spread mayonnaise on hoagie rolls; top with steak and cheese mixture.

2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup red and green bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 cup onion, sliced (optional)
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 hoagie rolls, partially sliced

Pepper Steak and Noodles image

Steps:

  • In large skillet, melt margarine, add beef and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Saute until browned.
  • Remove meat from skillet.
  • Saute onion and green pepper 2 minutes.
  • Return meat along with tomatoes and bouillon cube.
  • Simmer 20 minutes.
  • Blend together cornstarch, water, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  • Add to skillet mixture and cook, stirring, until thickened.
  • Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain.
  • Mix noodles into skillet with meat mixture.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt.

1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 lbs top round steaks, cut into strips
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
8 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles

1 tablespoon cornstarch
